We sell online services as B2C model through our own website https://www.gkpublication.in since year 2014. Our services provided through website (s) are wholly owned by our company- Galore Knowledge Publication Private Limited, not any others. Our publishing business brings customers through different marketing research and analysis. Customers have been growing day by day all over the world through different marketing strategies like online advertisements, email marketing, Word-of-Mouth marketing etc.
We provide different services to our customers through online mode and for these services, we charge specified fee written on our website, called as Article Processing Charge (APC) or Publication Fee. We charge nominal processing fee for providing the following online services.

Why Do We Charge Processing Fee?
Galore Knowledge Publication Private Limited is publisher of quality journals and books read by the readers throughout the world. Publishers are providers of value-added products/services. We perform crucial functions by producing documents in different media, performing editorial and design work, marketing the material, and connecting readers to writers, and so forth. All of those functions involve costs and that’s why we charge Publication Fee or Article Processing Charge (APC).

How The Products/Services Are Delivered to The Customers?
As we are B2C service provider, our products/services are considered successfully received under the following circumstances.

Delivery Policy (for Downloadable Goods)
Upon receipt of your order, you will either be prompted to begin your download immediately or you will receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download. If you are prompted to begin your download immediately, your completion of the download will constitute delivery to you of the item(s) you purchased. If you receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, the receipt by you of the e-mail will constitute delivery by us to you of the item(s) you purchased. In case you are unable to download the item(s) you purchase or you do not receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, you must contact us within 5 days from the date of your order. If you do not contact us within 5 days from the date of your order, the item(s) you purchased will be considered received, downloaded and delivered to you.
Note: For our company, Downloadable Goods means downloadable research articles or papers with valid link. We provide valid link to our customers to download their research articles/papers upon successful receipt of publication fee.

Delivery Policy (for Services)
Upon receipt of your order, the services will be performed to you in accordance with the terms applicable to the services that you purchased. The nature of the services you purchased and the date of your purchase may impact the timing of performance of the services. The services will be deemed to be successfully delivered to you upon performance of the services.
